Our Story
MP Finefix Ltd was founded in 2009 by Maciej Pietnoczka to provide Design & Build, full refurbishment and new-build services to the construction industry. MP Finefix have grown generically since inception. As their project pipeline continues and is complimented with iconic developments in Knightsbridge and Marylebone. We are proud of the reputation gained for the quality of our carefully constructed developments, and the high level of after care service we provide. We are able to successfully complete the most technically demanding of projects to the highest level of quality.
Our Vision
Our projects feature design led living spaces in prime locations and offer high investment value. Projects that range from exclusive family homes, city centre loft-style apartments and high rise towers to commercial and retail fit out projects. Our considered approach to construction management and our commitment to quality lead us to work only with leading architects and other trusted trade members. Our extensive experience ensures that all of our projects meet the Eco Homes and Code for Sustainable Homes levels required by our clients. Through affiliated partners we are able to offer support services such planning consultation, design and build services, mechanical and electrical services.

Management Team
Maciej Pietnoczka, BSc (Hons), MSc
Founder and Managing Director
Maciek started the company with over eighteen years experience in the construction and property industry, having completed a Bachelor of Building, Construction Management degree.
Maciek has a proven track record in delivering major commercial and residential projects gaining valuable experience in Construction, Project and Development Management. His focus is on clients, the business team and the future development of the company.
